Overview

As an Account Coordinator, you will assist the Account Management team in the resolution status of routine day to day - to complex requests related to our clients' prescription benefit plans. At HLX, We wear the white hat in a complex pharmaceutical industry by saving our clients money through contract negotiation, utilization management, RFP's, and by driving practical and creative solutions.

Account Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings across multiple clients and time zones.
• Assist the Account Management team with coordinating follow up emails on outstanding deliverables with our vendors.
• Manage our project and client tasks CRM via [please apply online] the Account Management team with running utilization reports for client meetings.
• Work alongside all departments to coordinate due dates and project timelines on client deliverables.

Account Coordinator Requirements and Employment Standards

• College/University experience is preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, management, account management, or similar role
• Proficient with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage more than one client account
• Previous Account Management, Project Management, or Office Management experience.
• Highly organized and able to work independently.
